At Solopro, we believe that mastering your time requires a foundation of trust. We are committed to an uncompromising standard of privacy, ensuring that your personal data remains strictly yours. This Privacy Policy outlines our principles of data stewardship and the technical measures we employ to protect the information you generate while using our services.

 

2. Data Collection & Stewardship

We adhere to a philosophy of data minimization. We only collect the absolute minimum data required to provide a seamless and personalized experience:

• Account Identity: When you choose to sign in via Apple, we strictly utilize your basic Apple ID credentials (Name and Email Address) solely for the purpose of establishing your secure user profile.
• User-Generated Data: The core of your experience—your Planner, Actions, Habits, and Logs—is data that belongs to you. We exclusively leverage Apple’s iCloud infrastructure for all synchronization and backup processes. Consequently, your data resides in a private container to which we have no technical access. We do not—and cannot—monetize, mine, or view your personal entries.

Our utilization of your data is singularly focused on functionality and user experience. We process your information to:

• Deliver Excellence: Provide, maintain, and iteratively improve the Solopro architecture.
• Seamless Synchronization: Ensure your Actions and Habits are instantly and accurately synced across all your Apple devices via iCloud.
• Personalization: Tailor the application interface and settings to your specific preferences.

4. Infrastructure, Storage & Security

We leverage the industry-leading security of the Apple ecosystem to safeguard your data.

• • iCloud Integration: Your sensitive app data (including Habits, Actions, and Planner entries) is stored directly in your personal iCloud Private Container. Solopro employs a privacy-first architecture. Because your data is encrypted by Apple and stored in your private CloudKit container, we (the developers) have no technical access to your private content.

• Synchronization & Backup: Solopro leverages native iCloud synchronization to keep your daily progress fluid across all your Apple devices. For Solopro Pro members, we offer an additional layer of data permanence through Dedicated iCloud Backups. Whether you are upgrading to a new device or securing a specific milestone, this ensures your history is preserved and instantly retrievable on your terms.

• Local Sovereignty: For optimal performance and offline capability, a copy of your data is stored locally on your device, protected by your device’s native security protocols (FaceID/TouchID/Passcode).

5. User Control & Data Deletion

You retain absolute sovereignty over your digital footprint. If you choose to discontinue your journey with Solopro, you have the right to permanently erase your presence.

• Immediate Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated local and cloud-based data at any time by navigating to Settings > Data Management > Delete All Data. This action is irreversible and comprehensive.
